Family Christmas for Musicians & Children Alike [FESTIVAL SPOTLIGHT]

The 5th Annual Buck Fuffalo’s Family Christmas is this weekend (Dec 5-7) at T-Birds Garage Pub on Melody Mountain Ranch in Stephenville, TX.

This year, the lineup includes Kolby Cooper, Mike & the Moonpies, Dirty River Boys, Kaitlin Butts, Larry Joe Taylor, Holly Beth, Shea Abshier, and more. Over 40 musicians have dedicated their time and craft to add a third day for the first time.

For five years, Americana musician Buck Fuffalo has hosted this event to benefit the Stephenville Foster’s Home for Children. Proceeds from the Christmas benefit have bought toys, clothes, and even given scholarships to kids at Foster’s. There will be a silent auction which benefits Foster’s directly to include genuine Native Made silver and turquoise jewelry, boots from the Larry Joe Taylor Fest, hand crafted leather bags and more.

However, Buck Fuffalo’s Family Christmas is not just for the children. It’s a grand meetup for musicians who don’t get to see their other musician friends due to scheduling conflicts. Almost 80 percent of the artists playing Family Christmas are donating their time to the cause and to be able to play together before the holidays. Artists from Jack Barksdale, Huser Brothers, Holly Beth, and Jordan Nix have all made promotional videos seen on @BuckFuffalosFamilyChristmas Instagram in excitement for this get together.

There will be select food and boutique vendors, as well— just in time for that giving season!

Buck Fuffalo has managed, with the aid of Larry Joe Taylor’s team, getting together a massive lineup of talented artists to donate their time for a generous and heartfelt cause.

We hope to catch you tomorrow at Buck Fuffalo’s Family Christmas. In the meantime, check out Buck Fuffalo’s Family Playlist with performing artists.
