19 year old Justin Taylor certainly caught our attention with his debut single, “Moonlit Night”. The lively mixture of country and southern rock resonated seamlessly with our eardrums and had us looking for more! While the Deer Park native is gearing up to release his debut EP next month (Aug. 19th) he’ll be looking to add some big buzz with a new music video!
If one single from this talented young man wasn’t enough for you, then we have good news, we’re giving you the first look at his brand new music video to “Trouble in the Dark”!
Directed by Wade Concienne and Clint Collins, the video captures the fun and energetic freedom of being young and in love, with the rest of your life in front of you.
“ ‘Trouble in the Dark’ was our take on a fun Summer song that most folks can think back to a time and place when they were raising hell and living free” Taylor told us.
We love the toe-tapping rhythm, crisp production, and edgy vocals on top of the scenic and fun-loving depictions of liberated young love! The video paints a picture of a time in one’s life that everyone either looks forward to or looks back on, making it easy for the listener to relate to.
We really dig the sound that we’ve heard from Taylor so far and are looking forward to hearing more; but in the meantime we’re going to hit the play button below and crank this one up!
