With the growth of our scene and the volume of songs we are now charting, we’ve decided to make some modifications to our chart starting next week. From here on out, we will only be charting songs for 8 weeks after their official drop date (when they’re first live on Spotify; regardless if they’re radio singles or not. Essentially our chart will become a new release chart that will allow fans to have a centralized list of new releases (instead of new “singles”) and by only tracking them for 8 weeks, we’ll be able to provide more artists and songs the opportunity to climb into the Top 25.
The same qualifications will apply: Top 5 markets must be in Texas or Oklahoma, the song must meet the designated ratio of listeners to streams etc…
We will also ask that everyone use this submission form for submitting songs to our chart to ensure that we chart them: https://forms.gle/3u6dx4NHWBu42JsG7
We’re looking forward to bringing you the first chart with our new modifications next week!
